Individual Approach. Group Training.

We have your back from day one.  Your Moving Mountains experience begins with a free consultation to determine where you've been, where you're at, and where you want to go.  Next, we make a plan that fits into your life and leaves you feeling confident and ready for our MTN classes. 


Our programming brings a science-based approach to group fitness through two seasonal training blocks.  In the spring and summer months we focus on building your body for activities like; hiking, biking, and running.  In the fall and winter we shift to snowsports like; downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, and snowboarding. Regardless of your recreation preference we have strength, agility, conditioning, and endurance programs for you.

MTN CLASSES

MTN STRENGTH

MON - WED - FRI
5:45 AM - 7 AM - 9 AM - NOON - 5:30 PM

This one hour multidimensional strength class will keep your body guessing and improving. Stability, Strength and Power is the name of the game. In this total body workout anything goes!  Barbells, kettlebells, climbing rope, rings. You name it, it’s fair game.

MTN CONDITIONING

TUES - THURS
6 AM - 7 AM - NOON - 5:30 PM

The focus of this strength and conditioning class is to increase your endurance and stamina. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, sleds and more to create a total body workout that will prepare you for your outdoor adventures.

Want to restore and rebuild from the ‘inside-out’, from fingers to toes, and everything between?  From posture to power, strength to stamina, skills to ski and more, join Pat to reclaim the basics, nail some baselines, and strive for new benchmarks.  
 
If you are a newbie to training or you are banged up and plagued with chronic injuries, arrange for a one-one-one assessment with one of our coaches prior to entering the class.

A change of pace from our normal programming.  

Saturdays focus on fundamental compound movements and executing them to the full extent of your range of motion. We also cover a range of accessory exercises designed to get you moving muscles that you wouldn't normally, with our end goal to make you stronger and feel better in our MTN Classes.

In this phone consultation we discuss what brought you to Moving Mountains.  We cover where you've been, where you're at, and where you want to go. 

STEP 2: PREP SESSIONS

Our PREP program is designed to help you be successful from day one.

We start with a joint by joint movement assessment. Using the information that we gather, we create an onboarding process that is exactly what you need to start classes feeling prepared.

STEP 3: MTN CLASSES

You have your plan.

You are confident and ready.
